Snow

Never say, "We sure haven't had any major dumps of snow this year." Because, inevitably, a week later you will have more snow than you have seen since the great blizzard of 2007. Maybe not quite that much, but I shoveled for 45 minutes this afternoon and I imagine there will be at least that much more to do tomorrow. Oh well, I guess it's good exercise. And if I throw out my back, our chiropractor lives across the street, and three doors down.
