Does anyone else find it ironic that this afternoon my good friend Karen and I were sitting around talking about being healthier (ie exercising and eating better) while we ate salt and vinegar potato chips and drank slurpees? Oh yeah, and in the background we were watching a workout video on Sasktel Max. Haha...
