So sad

Watching the news this evening they were talking about the funeral for Master Corporal Joshua Roberts and it made me very sad. I know that when you sign up to be a soldier there is always the chance you will have to go to war, and therefore may be killed. But I just feel so sad for his VERY pregnant fiance. I can't imagine the sadness of being pregnant and losing your husband/finace/boyfriend etc. Knowing that your child will never know their father. Going through childbirth and raising a child alone. I know there are a lot of single moms out there. For some reason this story really touched my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with that woman this evening.
