We saw a truck today with Hawaii license plates. I have never seen a Hawaii license plate before. I didn't think it was possible. I figure if someone moves from Hawaii and has their vehicle shipped over to mainland North America, that they would probably have the plates changed to their new location. It was just really bizarre.

Just so you know, if you ever need to stay in a hotel in Calgary, the Travelodge on McLeod Trail, may seem affordable, but sometimes, paying $20 or $30 extra per night for a non-run down hotel is worth your effort. Our hotel room in Drumheller was beautiful. It was at the Super 8, and it was newly renovated, our room was the wheelchair accessible room and it was absolutely HUGE, well, not HUGE, but for a typical room it was big. It had a mini fridge, microwave, king sized bed, and the bathroom had a walk in/roll in shower that was almost as big as the one we have at home. And they had 'free' breakfast, which I expected would be fruit and muffins. They even had a woman in the room cooking fresh Belgian waffles. I highly recommend Super 8 Drumheller if you ever need to stay there. But you should save your money if you think about staying at the Travelodge on McLeod Trail. We only have one more night here, then tomorrow morning we are heading to Swift Current to reunite with our little Kiwi and spend a few days recovering at the lake. On the way out of town tomorrow we are stopping in at Krispy Kreme to get some of their famous doughnuts. My coworker would be proud of us for making the effort to stop in there. :)
