Waaaah!
Yesterday when I woke up in the morning and heard the weather report I just about cried. I totally did not expect that. I had listened to the weather forecasts the day before and didn't hear that there was supposed to be so much snow. I am thankful that I didn't have to be at work until 10:30am, so by then for the most part there were at least tracks made in the road to follow. Although at some places on the freeway it was pretty scary and I think I topped out at 60km/hr in a couple of places. I came very close to getting stuck coming out of our underground parking, but after a little manoevering I was free. We had quite a few cancellations at work yesterday, but luckily my 2 clients were kind enough to venture out to see me. Again, I just about cried when I woke up this morning and heard that it was -21C with a windchill of -32C. Luckily, I don't have to be at work until 1:30 this afternoon, but my car is going to be awfully stiff and cold after being parked outside for 5 and a half hours. Brrrr, I think I will wear my parka today!
