A phone call three months in the making...

I am trying not to get my hopes up, but we just got a call from our real estate agent that an offer has been made on our condo. He said that it would be dropped off at his office tomorrow morning and he is meeting with us at our house at 10am to go over it with us. If you would say a prayer for us we would really appreciate it. I can't believe that our condo has been listed for almost three months already. We listed it at the start of July on Saskhouses.com, then listed it with a real estate agent at the beginning of August. What a relief that would be to unload that place!!
