Our Chinese food turned out beautifully. I wanted to share this recipe with you. It is quite good and has some fairly common ingredients.

Suey Choy with Honey (Chinese Cabbage)
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbs liquid honey
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbs cooking oil
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced carrots (thin)
1 tsp grated peeled gingerroot
22 suey choy leaves (or bok choy)
2 green onions, sliced

Stir orange juice INTO corn starch in a bowl. Add next 5 ingredients, stir and set aside. Heat wok or large frying pan until very hot. Add oil, celery, carrot and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add suey choy and green onion and stir fry for 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Stir to mix and cook for 1 minute or until boiling and thickened.

We found this to be a very tasty recipe, but it felt like it was lacking in salt so you may want to add some salt or soy sauce.
