Ewww

Today after work I decided to stop by Extra Foods to pick up a pizza for supper. While I was there I thought I would look for sesame seeds for a salad that I am making for Thanksgiving supper. I figured that since I only need a couple of table spoons of them that I might just pick up a few from the bulk bin. I am leery about bulk bins, cause I have heard that they are just infested with insects...but I was also told that the gravity bins are much better because then you don't get all the old stuff gathering in the bottom with new stuff thrown in on top. Well the sesame seeds are in a gravity bin, so I grabbed a bag and started dispensing them. Well after I had...I dunno....maybe a teaspoon in the bag, a bug FLEW out...not that a dead bug would have been less disgusting, but something was living and pooping in there, and being that they are sesame seeds...fly poop probably looks like sesame seeds. So I carefully set the bag down on the top of the bins and walked away. I then walked down the aisle with the pre-bagged sesame seeds and bought WAY more than I will probably ever need, but these ones are fly-free. Ewww!
