Interesting Day

Okay, so maybe today at the university wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. It was boring as it could be, but Jay came and hung out with me for the last 1.5 hours so that helped. I kind of likened it to working at Impark. I sat around and when someone came to the booth, I perked up and talked to them, and HOPEFULLY it will get me some clients. I wasn't terribly agressive, I figured if people were interested, that they would stop and talk to me. If they weren't interested, they wouldn't stop. So, I spent just about 4 hours of my day sitting doing not much of anything.

I also went to the chiropractor today. I decided that my back has been bothering me long enough, and I know that there is boney stuff going on in my back that couldnt be fixed through massage alone. So I went to see him this morning. He assessed me and found that I have a slight curvature to my spine (to the side in the middle of my back), and after testing my neck and saying how good it was, he did find one vertebrae that was slightly out. So after asking my permission he adjusted my back, my rib and then my neck. I have had my rib adjusted before, but never my neck. It was a different experience, very loud, cause your neck is really close to your ears. I think that chiropractors are alright. It can be a little scary I am sure if you have lots of stuff going on that's bad. But he said mine wasn't too bad at all, so we'll see how this treatment works. He said that he should probably only need about 4 or 5 treatments to get me back where I should be. So that's good! My dad had to go for 2 years to fix his neck but he never has problems with it anymore.

We also had our first real Bible study tonite. Last week we just got together and talked about our expectations of the group and stuff. But it was good :) I think I will enjoy being in a small group Bible study again! It's been a while!!!!
